Shipping Policy

Before your order is shipped, it must first complete the production process. Standard production times are as follows:

* Standard print: 5 to 7 business days from order placement.

* Dye-sublimation print: 5 to 7 business days from order placement. Additional time may be required due to the complexity of this print method.

Production timelines are estimates and are subject to change. Actual processing times may vary due to periods of high order volume, public holidays, or other operational factors outside our standard schedule.

Once your order has been released from production, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. If you have not received a notification and are concerned about the status of your order, we recommend visiting our Announcement Page before reaching out — it is updated regularly and is the most reliable source of current information on any active delays or fulfilment disruptions.

The following estimated delivery windows apply once your order has been dispatched from our production facility:

3.1 United States & U.S. Territories

* Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Total estimated order-to-delivery time (including production): 8 to 12 business days.

3.2 International Destinations

MAGA currently ships to the following international destinations. Delivery windows are from the date of dispatch and exclude production time:

* Australia: 10 to 20 business days.

* Canada: 7 to 14 business days.

* Germany: 7 to 14 business days.

* Japan: 10 to 20 business days.

* United Kingdom: 7 to 14 business days.

Total estimated order-to-delivery time for international orders (including production): 12 to 27 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed in your order summary prior to payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable. In the event that a store credit or refund is issued, the original shipping fee will not be included in the credited or refunded amount. Promotional free-shipping offers, where applicable, will be applied automatically at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this number to monitor delivery progress directly with the carrier. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your notification is sent. If tracking does not update within 48 hours, please contact us at contact@maga.com.

Risk of loss and title for all merchandise passes to the customer at the point the order is handed to the shipping carrier and a tracking number is issued. MAGA is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the order has been accepted by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly in the first instance. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at contact@maga.com and we will assist where possible.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order. MAGA is not liable for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Address corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting contact@maga.com. After this window, we cannot guarantee amendments can be made before dispatch. Re-shipment fees for orders returned due to address errors are the responsibility of the customer.

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, and local taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are imposed by the destination country's customs authority and are entirely outside MAGA's control. Any applicable fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. MAGA is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. We recommend international customers familiarise themselves with their country's import regulations before placing an order.

Important: The shipping and production timeframes stated in this policy are estimates under normal operating conditions. MAGA does not guarantee delivery by a specific date. In force majeure situations, delays may exceed one month or more. This section should be read in conjunction with Section 6 of the Returns & Refunds Policy.

MAGA shall not be held responsible for shipping or production delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

* Acts of war, armed conflict, military operations, or civil unrest.

* Natural disasters including earthquakes, floods, wildfires, hurricanes, and severe weather events.

* Pandemics, epidemics, or government-declared public health emergencies.

* Government-imposed restrictions, sanctions, trade embargoes, or border closures.

* Carrier network disruptions, postal strikes, or infrastructure failures.

* Customs delays or holds imposed by destination country authorities.

* Global or regional supply chain disruptions affecting production materials or logistics.

MAGA will make reasonable efforts to communicate delays to affected customers. We are unable to provide guaranteed revised delivery dates while such circumstances persist. Orders will not be eligible for cancellation or refund solely on the basis of delays caused by force majeure events.
