Returns & Refunds

MAGA operates as a print-on-demand service. All products are manufactured to order and are not held in inventory or pre-stocked. By placing an order with MAGA, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this Returns & Refunds Policy, as well as our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, all of which together form our complete legal agreement with you.

Please read all product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, MAGA does not accept returns under any circumstances. Each item is produced specifically for you upon order placement, and as such we are unable to restock or resell returned merchandise.

We strongly encourage all customers to:

* Review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before ordering.

* Confirm all personal details, shipping address, and order specifications before submitting.

* Contact our support team within 24 hours of placing an order if any corrections are needed.

While we do not accept returns, MAGA will assess and work to resolve any issue arising from a defect, damage, or an error on our part. If you have received an item that is damaged, defective, or differs from what you ordered, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at contact@maga.com.

3.1 What You Will Need to Provide

To allow us to assess your claim, you will be required to submit:

* Your order number.

* A clear photograph of the item received, showing the issue in question.

* A brief description of the problem.

3.2 Assessment & Resolution

Upon receipt and review of the above, MAGA will determine the appropriate course of action at our sole discretion. Resolutions may include a replacement item, store credit, or a partial or full refund depending on the nature of the issue.

Claims involving damage that appears to have been caused intentionally or after delivery will not be eligible for resolution. MAGA reserves the right to decline any claim where submitted evidence indicates the damage or defect was not caused by a production or fulfilment error on our part.

4.1 Store Credit (Primary Resolution)

Where a refund is determined to be applicable, MAGA will first offer store credit as the primary resolution. Store credit is valid for use on any item available in our store and does not expire.

4.2 Monetary Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a store credit resolution and wish to request a monetary refund, please notify our customer service team. Monetary refunds are processed at MAGA's discretion and, where approved, will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please allow up to 10 business days for an approved monetary refund to be reflected on your account. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

4.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following items and categories are not eligible for refunds or store credit under any circumstances:

  • Items purchased during a sale or promotional period.
  • Gift cards.
  • Accessories and gear.

All orders are submitted to production within 24 hours of being placed. If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us at contact@maga.com within this window. MAGA will make every effort to intercept the order before it enters production; however, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been submitted. Orders that have already entered production cannot be cancelled.

This clause applies in conjunction with Section 9 of the Shipping Policy. In force majeure situations, delays may exceed one month or more and do not entitle customers to cancellations or refunds.


MAGA shall not be held liable for delays in production or delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

* Acts of war, armed conflict, military operations, or civil unrest.

* Natural disasters including earthquakes, floods, wildfires, hurricanes, and severe weather events.

* Pandemics, epidemics, or government-declared public health emergencies.

* Government-imposed restrictions, sanctions, trade embargoes, or border closures.

* Carrier network disruptions, postal strikes, or infrastructure failures.

* Customs delays or holds imposed by destination country authorities.

* Global or regional supply chain disruptions affecting production materials or logistics.


In the event of such circumstances, the standard production and delivery timelines stated on our website may be significantly extended. MAGA will communicate known delays to affected customers where possible. Delays caused by force majeure events do not entitle customers to cancellations or refunds.
