President Donald Trump launched a new series of rallies focused on affordability on Tuesday ahead of the 2026 midterm elections. The president announced that after “four years of disaster” created by former President Joe Biden and the Democrat Party, “the United States is back.”

Trump kicked off his new affordability rally series in Mount Pocono, Pennsylvania, on Tuesday night. The White House announced on Wednesday that the rally marked a celebration of the “remarkable turnaround his Administration has engineered in just 11 months — halting Biden’s runaway inflation, driving gas prices down, restoring real wage growth for American workers, and delivering the largest tax cuts in history.”

The White House noted that Trump emphasized how the  Biden administration “plunged” the United States into an “economic catastrophe,” which has forced the Trump administration to continue to “repair the damage” and implement policies that will lead to the “greatest era of prosperity our nation has ever known.”

“Together, we’re repairing four years of disaster by the Radical Left Democrats in Congress and by the worst president in the history of our country,” Trump said at the affordability rally.

Trump claimed there is no question that Biden is the “worst president” in the history of the United States. He told the crowd at Tuesday’s rally in Pennsylvania that the “damage” Biden inflicted on the United States is “something we can never forget.”

After criticizing the direction the Biden administration was taking America, Trump pointed to multiple accomplishments achieved during the first year of his second administration.

Trump told the crowd, “After just ten months, our border is secure, our spirit is restored, inflation is stopped, wages are up, prices are down, our nation is strong, America is respected again, and the United States is back.”

Following the president’s comments, the crowd erupted into chants of “USA! USA! USA!”

Trump also claimed that after only 10 months in office, America is “winning again” and Pennsylvania is “prospering again.” He explained that almost 60,000 new Pennsylvania jobs have been created under his administration, over 40,000 Pennsylvanian residents are no longer dependent on food stamps, and almost $100 billion of investments in Pennsylvania have been secured by his administration.
