1. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We ship within 2-3 business days and then standard shipping will take another 4-5 days.
2. Why hasn’t my tracking information updated yet?
Tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment. If it's been longer than that and you still see no updates, please contact us, and we'll promptly check the status for you.
3. Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Because items are custom made immediately after ordering, we can only accommodate cancellations or modifications within a few hours of placing your order. Contact our customer service immediately for assistance at contact@maga.com.
4. My order arrived damaged or incorrect—what should I do?
We’re committed to quality. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we'll quickly replace or refund your item at no extra charge.
5. Where are the products made?
We embroider / print and ship from Michigan. We do not produce the clothing, but we do support over 200 American jobs finishing products in the USA.
